Then you have a group on the other side who is claiming to be championing Palestinian rights who are comfortable rubbing elbows, if not outright supporting, voices in the Pro-Palestinian movement, who are extremely antisemitic and want all Jewish people to pay for the Israeli governments sins. I want peace. I am against ALL wars but those in which there’s no other choice and all else has failed. And even then they should be precise and swift and only in defense. But how in the hell do we achieve peace by laying siege to a territory, leveling every hospital and university? How do we achieve this by cutting off any aid to the point that civilians are eating grass, diseases are starting to take hold and people are starving? If it is to be believed, and I believe it to be, that the Israeli military is one of the most advanced in the world, rivaled only perhaps by the American Military, you’re telling me they can’t do precision strikes on Hamas targets with minimal impact on civilians? That is beyond their capabilities? The last point I’m going to make is the one that’s burned my ass the most.
