@quanin @Bruce_Toews@caneandable.social @mcourcel Personal Mastodon instances don't require a privacy policy, at least if they're not hosted in the EU, but the big servers definitely aren't personal ones and I'm pretty sure the fediverse is headed for a compliance nightmare if we ever get the data privacy regulations we need. So I definitely get Bruce's point. People in glass houses and all that.
